Established in 1964, Enrichment Services Program (ESP) is the only Community Action Agency in Muscogee County, Georgia. As a poverty-fighting organization, we are dedicated to empowering families to thrive through quality education, services, and partnerships. Our centers are located in 11 counties across 2 states and serve 10,000 families annually through four core services: Education, Employment Training, Stabilization and Family Strengthening services.
Committed to increasing the awareness of the impact of poverty and implementing strategies for reducing it, we identify and remove barriers to achieve family stability and promote interdependency. Turning hope into reality, ESP motivates residents toward a desirable future and encourages them to become a healthy contributor to the life of our community.

What To Bring To Your Appointment
Failure to provide all required documentation will delay your assistance. We require all the following documents:
- For all household members that are 18 years old or older - proof of income for the past 30 days.
- For all household members 18 years old or older - current proof of citizenship or legal immigrant status, state-issued picture identification (ID) such as: driver's license, ID card, voter registration card, passport, military ID, etc.
- Proof of Social Security Numbers for each person in the household
- Last/current month's electric, gas/propane, and water bill for the household if applicable
- If receiving SSI, Social Security, Pension, VA Benefits, or Workers Compensation, the current year's award letter.
